Through the company Willow & Blair, I am host detox retreats to Sedona for an intimate group of 6-12. Please email me at [email protected] to inquire about dates.
Sedona, Arizona is a world-class destination known for its jaw-dropping landscapes and powerful energy vortexes. For those who seek it, these healing vortexes offer a window into spirituality and self-exploration.
The red rock canyons provide the perfect opportunity to explore the natural beauty of this unique town. Sedona is also home to a vibrant community of artists, an abundance of luxury spas, and local farm-to-table dining.
Here at Willow & Blair, we strive to be present. We breathe deep, practice yoga, eat mindfully, spend time in nature, explore other cultures, and continually reinvent ourselves. And our Sedona retreat is an invitation for you to join us on our constant quest to find peace and harmony amidst the chaos of everyday life. We want you to feel humbled as you climb deep into the orange depths of Antelope Canyon, challenged as you flow through your twilight vinyasa, and healed as you meditate in the powerful vortexes of Sedona. Our detoxifying plant-based cuisine is designed to help you shed any unwanted pounds, while giving you the confidence to implement lasting lifestyle changes long after the retreat has ended. For this experience is much more than just a yoga vacation in a gorgeous setting, it is an opportunity to release, heal, and renew within the safe friendship of like-minded women. Come to us as you are, leave feeling grounded and inspired.
You can always expect luxury when you travel with Willow and Blair, and our Sedona trip is no exception. However, to cater to our diverse demographic of women, we have decided to offer two separate accommodations options. Our standard option in a charming 3 or 4 star hotel or, for those of you who wish to truly indulge, a 5 star lodging and spa experience is our luxury option.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested in hosting a private Sedona retreat with Willow & Blair. We are happy to further customize the itinerary to cater to the specific needs of your group.

The Sedona Rouge Hotel is a peaceful and luxurious sanctuary in the heart of the red rock canyons. Amenities include a full service spa, fitness studio, complimentary wifi and a full service restaurant. You’ll also find a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, stargazing terrace and outdoor fireplaces. The hotel is pet friendly.
Once you are settled in, we will meet on the hotel grounds for a two hour yoga class, guided meditation, and intention setting ceremony. We will provide you with your yoga mat and appropriate props.
After freshening up, we will attend a vegan cooking class at a local cooking school as we learn about the local flavor of Sedona.

We will start today with specially curated vegan breakfast at the hotel before a short drive to the base of Airport Mesa Vortex.
When we arrive, we’ll practice an outdoor sun salutation, before beginning the 4 mile hike loop. There will be some spots of steep vertical hiking involved, but the miraculous views from the top are well worth it. You will also see the infamous twisted trees and there have been many reports of colored orb sightings.
At the top, you will have time to enjoy your nutritious packed lunch before we come together for a guided meditation, balancing sequences and pranayama to help connect us with the healing powers of this spiritual location.
For dinner, we will enjoy a chef prepared vegan meal to replenish and nourish our bodies.
After dinner, you are invited to participate in a restorative yin class using props to help improve your body’s capacity for healing and balancing.
Meals: B, L, D
Today, we will jump right into a 3 hour yoga workshop following a healthy vegan breakfast at the hotel. In the workshop, you will have the opportunity to push yourself to try more advanced inversions and arm balances with detailed instruction and the watchful eye of a trained yoga professional. We will also spend time delving deeper into specific pranayama techniques to help utilize the full capacity of our breath on and off the mat.
For lunch, we will visit Chocolate Tree, acclaimed as an ‘organic vegetarian oasis’. Here we will participate in a cacao ceremony, which many believe can facilitate in heart opening and connection with one’s higher self.
With our bellies full and our hearts open, we’ll explore the Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, coined ‘the arts and soul’ of Sedona. This quaint village is home to some of Sedona’s best galleries and local artisan shops.
You’ll have the option to visit downtown Sedona afterwards to browse main street.
We will have a nutritious dinner at hotel before partaking in a combined reiki and sound healing
journey with local Reiki healer Arthur Baird. Sound baths provide the perfect vehicle to become more in tune with yourself and release any built up tension or stress burrowed in your nervous system.
Meals: B, L, D
Another morning of enjoying the detoxing power of eating a clean, plant-based breakfast.
Today we will be making the short and scenic drive to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. A place that no matter how many times you may have visited will always render you speechless. It truly is one of Mother Nature’s finest masterpieces. We will have the opportunity to partake on a hike down into the canyon, where we will have a short grounding meditation and enjoy a packed healthy lunch.
The drive to and from the Grand Canyon is considered one of the most scenic in America, and we will have plenty of opportunities to stop and marvel at the landscape.
Dinner will be at the hotel tonight, followed by an opportunity to partake in a star-gazing walk.
Meals: B, L, D
On our final day together, we will rise at sunrise to participate in a three hour yoga and meditation session utilizing essential oils. At our closing ceremony, we will seal our spiritual journey with a grounding pranayama exercise. Breakfast will be served at the hotel before your departure.
